Judith Davies has produced commissioned works in bronze for both private and public collections. Her travels and research of ancient cultures is the main focus of the sculptures during this period.  The connections to nature, ancient writings, and cultures that have spanned thousands of years was the stimulus to create works that “speak to” the complexity of these ancient cultures.  In 1993-94, Hewlett Packard  commissioned three different  works in cast bronze, located in the lobbies of three of their locations; in Toronto, Canada,  Zurich Switzerland, and also at their headquarters in Mountain View, California. Two additional private commissions in bronze are shown here as well.
